Is my information secure when ordering at BestBuyRoses?

Will my Roses be delivered on the Same-Day they were ordered?
All orders received before 3:00 pm Monday - Friday, 1:00 pm Saturday - Sunday are guaranteed to be delivered by 6:00 pm on the same-day.
What orders will be delivered Next-Day?
All orders received after 3:00 pm Monday - Friday, 1:00 pm Saturday - Sunday will be delivered Next-Day by 6:00 pm.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes! We do deliver on Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Place your order before 1:00 pm (Saturday - Sunday) and you will get your roses before 6:00 pm (Free Same Day Delivery).
What is the daily estimate time for receiving my orders?
We usually schedule our deliveries time considering the number of daily orders and our drivers' availability.
Although there is no specific delivery time, all daily orders will be delivered between 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm. During major holidays, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we offer extended hours and delivery times, contact us to verify.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time upon request. However, you may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Otherwise, we will get in contact with you and advise you accordingly
How much does the shipping cost ($)?

Where do you deliver Roses?
Our online store locally serves the following cities and surrounding areas: Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Miami, South Miami and all Kendall areas. These are the Miami zip codes we are currently serving: 33143, 33155, 33156, 33165, 33173, 33175, 33176, 33183, 33185, 33186, 33193 and 33196.
Please review your delivery address information before you submit an order. Incomplete address information or phone numbers may delay delivery by our local driver.
Have my Roses been delivered?
Upon delivering your Roses, we will send you an email notifying about the event. By then, we should be able to confirm with our couriers if the delivery was successful or an error occurred while delivering.
I am trying to place an order online, and it won't go through. What can I do?
Oh, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure you’re using the most recent version of your internet browser.
We sincerely recommend that you preferably use Google Chrome while buying from our online store. If after installing the latest updates the problem persists, please contact us through our contact form (http://www.bestbuyroses.com/contactus) with as many details as you can.
We will be more than happy to help you and solve any unforeseen technical issues. Upon request, we can place the order for you at any given time.
How do I know if BestBuyRoses received my new order?
You can always check on your Orders under Your Account where you will be able to see your order history as well as your latest order placed.
Also, and whenever you place an order online with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all your order details.
Please always check your order confirmation e-mail and make sure that all details are correct. If you have not received a confirmation email within 5-10 minutes from placing your order, please contact us through our contact form (http://www.bestbuyroses.com/contactus) and include your order number in the message. One of our customer service representatives will be glad to help you.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please be very careful in providing us with correct and up to date information.
You can always contact us to correct mistakes done while placing orders. However, if you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.
If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the order is returned to our dispatch, we can redeliver, but a charge of 50% of the original order price will be applied.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! In most instances, order alterations are possible but must be requested within 30 minutes after placing your order.
We are unable to provide alterations and cancellations for orders already prepared or in transit.

Please note that during the Special Events (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day) and Public Holidays. BestBuyRoses.com reserves the right not to accept alterations to any orders.
Can I cancel my order?
We’re sorry you’ve changed your mind, but we understand unexpected things may happen.
Order changes or cancellations are only accepted within the first 30 minutes after placing your order. To cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. All changes or cancellations MUST be done by email through our contact form http://www.bestbuyroses.com/contactus
Due to the urgent nature of our same-day delivering service, we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process or transit as the driver is in route to you or has already delivered the flowers.
To cancel, edit or make any changes to an order, simply use our contact us form www.bestbuyroses.com/contactus and explain you want to cancel an Order. You must specify the Order Number and the reason why you're canceling; as well as any other personal issue you might want to share. Please add as many details as possible.
After your request, your order will be canceled and refunded if it had been previously charged (please allow anywhere from 1-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed). There are no fees if you cancel your order in the first 30 minutes after having been placed.
Please be advised that BestBuyRoses.com reserves the rights to cancel and refund your order at any time.
What is the minimum order amount?
There is NO minimum purchase requirement with us. However, and based on our customers' experience, we will recommend you to order at least TWO Dozen Roses considering the reasonable prices we offer.
What if my chosen Roses aren't available?
Occasionally, we may run out of some roses due to unavailability related to increased demand. If this were to happen, we would notify you by email and advise about any changes. We will always wait for your confirmation rather than trying to make decisions on your behalf.
Will my delivered Roses have the same color as the Roses in the website pictures?
This question is very important. Please read carefully below!
Rose colors intensity and color brightness may slightly be different from the website picture. Due to the vast variety of roses, we can not guarantee the same exact rose. However, since we manage so many colors and types from our supplier farms, we will always make our best to match the color you ordered, Sometimes, the roses will look even better than in the pictures.
What methods of payment are acceptable?
Currently, we accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network). Unfortunately, we do not take any other form of payment at this time.
What if my credit card is declined?
You will receive an onscreen notification if your credit card is declined. If this is the case, you should try a different credit card, or you can also contact us with your order details, and one of our consultants will help process the payment from our end.
Why was my credit card declined when I have money?
Please call your bank or credit card company. At times they decline some amounts because of unusual activity. Then please try to place your order with us again.
Do you offer competitive prices?
Yes, we do. We also offer the lowest minimums among our local competitors. If you need to place a more significant order, please request a quote as we may be able to provide you with a better price than the website prices. The new cost will depend on your required quantities. Please, contact us.
Can I set up a Corporate Account?

Can you deliver to a funeral home, hospital, nursing homes or retirement communities?
The answer is Yes! If your place is within our delivery surrounding areas, of course, we do! We deliver to local all funeral homes, hospital, nursing homes and retirement communities. Nothing brightens someone's day like Roses.
Do you deliver to my hotel?
We can deliver anywhere in the continental U.S., be it your home, office, hotel or event location.
Can I pick up my Roses?
We're sorry, all our Roses are delivered by hand. We're an Internet-based company and do not have physical stores.
Do you deliver on holidays?
Unfortunately, we do not make deliveries on federal US holidays or the day following the holiday.
Why are my roses wilted, not bloomed or look damaged?
Our roses are delivered in bud form without being groomed, so their guard petals are included. These outer petals protect the flowers during shipment, and this is why bulk roses must be groomed upon arrival. This process involves cutting the stems, hydrating them in hot water, and removing extra foliage and guard petals. Guard petals can appear bruised or damaged.
A florist will remove 5 to 10 petals per rose before selling them to the general public, so do not be alarmed if you must pluck the outer layers of petals before you have a beautiful rose!
If you continue to be concerned about the quality of the roses after removing the guard petals, please send us pictures of the flowers to sales@BestBuyRoses.com as soon as possible so we can better understand the issue.
Product shipped is damaged or not what I ordered, what do I do?
Please take some photos of the damaged products and email them immediately to sales@BestBuyRoses.com (1-2 images per email). Please note that we need to receive your pictures within 12 hours of delivery of the flowers. A customer service manager will review them and get back to you during regular business hours.

Can you guarantee my flowers will be fully opened for the event date?
We're sorry, but we can’t guarantee the ‘openness’ of a bloom. Our flowers are generally cut before they are fully bloomed, so they last longer for our customers. There are easy tricks though to help your flowers bloom: trim stems daily, keep in a warm environment, warm water, and give them some sun!
There are flowers I like but in a different color. Can you offer them too?
Yes, we can do color changes for a nominal charge. For example, if you like a bouquet but would like to replace pink flowers with white ones instead, we can do this, provided we have white flowers in stock.
